I ordered pair, then they came back a couple of days later to tell me they were back ordered 2-4 weeks.

Good thing I've got four other pair of plates shoes to wear.

Same with me i dont know why they would even have them for sale if they are going to be back ordered. I better get them is all i have to say.

I JUST GOT STUNG! Don't believe the backorder story! I just spoke with a rep at baseball savings and told them how they billed my credit card on the 6th so why is my order still pending? They're response was that they were sold out and not getting anymore and that they had limited sizes to begin with. I said to the rep that I ordered them over the phone and not online and spoke to someone that said they had my size and were shipping them right out. All I got in return is that in 3-5 days my card will be credited and if I want 10% off and free shipping they would do it. I asked why I never got a follow up call or email explaining this and I was told that I should have. I order my girls' softball stuff through them and various other things and I'm done with this company. Before writing this I checked my order status and they still have it as pending. GOOD LUCK...

They're a close out company. I guess it doesn't bother me quite as much when they run out of something. It's not like it's their fault...their job is to liquidate inventory.

I ordered a pair last week from them, and got a prompt shipping notice from UPS, with delivery set for today...... so they must have a good stock of size 9's.........

I ordered mine and received them promptly about 2 weeks ago. No complaints. 1 of my partners did as well. Both got our order shipped promptly and correctly. Not sure what size he wears, but I'm a 12 regular width. Pretty common.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion, but that seems a bit harsh. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them and sometimes they're out of what I order, sometimes not. You can only imagine how tough managing limited inventory and online ordering can be.

Agreed. I have spent a ton of money at Baseball Savings. Their sales are great. Sometimes they are out of a size, but sometimes you get a deal. Very good company to work with. I also order golf stuff from their other site, TGW.

I think the frustrating part is that their website isn't updating itself in real time, against the incoming orders.

All this could be solved with a simple 2 min phone call before placing your order. Be fore I orderd my 2 pair I called to asked if they had them in stock. They did so I ordered.

They didn't "take" your money. They simply authorized your card for that amount. Man, some of you are high maintenance. If they're out, they're out. I have read their disclosures multiple times, on things like this...they don't even accept paypal, due to the limited quantities on hand.

So how do you explain when they tell you while you're talking to them on the phone that your size is in stock and we'll send it right out. Then after no updates or follow up emails you call again and they say they're out after telling you they had the item? If it was a simple online order foul up I would understand but I got flat out lied to.

I can't explain that and that would be frustrating.

Out of this sale I have had two bad and one good experience. First the bad ones I ordered a low cut size 11, even before the $39.97 price it was $64.95, for a friend and as a member said back ordered until 06/22. They cancelled it. I founded that supposedly they have a size 10 1/2 with the sale price of $39.97 and called my friend and he asked me to place the order for him. So I did . Once again, days later, they cancelled the order.

The good news I ordered 2 base shoes and one low cut plate shoes, for me, in sizes 14W and 15 and they have it in stock. Very satisfy.with the majority of my orders placed with this company.
