  4. I do high level softball, ASA class A, I wear a Douglas and a All Star FM4000 mask. Even at this level I have guys giving me a hard time about my CP, it has saved my collar bone multiple times. I don't understand why people skimp on gear... Sent from my KFTT using Tapatalk 2
  5. Please post a picture when you get it back. I also have a steele Nike that I want to get powder coated.
  6. I did my first college softball games this spring, the jewelry was the first thing I noticed. That and the many uses of the f-word by the players. I was on the bases and a girl slid head first into second, had to leave the game because she tore out her nipple ring!!! Sent from my KFTT using Tapatalk 2

  13. I have a DF on my charcoal, yes it works with the T-hooks. The strap does not stay in the hooks well, I have mine taped. So they don't loosen. I am 6-1, 240 with a 38in waist, it is snug but not overly tight Sent from my KFTT using Tapatalk 2
  14. They are two separate organizations. Sent from my KFTT using Tapatalk 2
  15. My guesstimation, is that they are trying to wait to see if they get more orders and send them to all get embroidered at the same time. Which to an extent is ok, if they would tell me that, but the on going "it will be next week" is getting a little old.
  16. What NAIA conference are you working and why are they requiring NAIA jerseys? GPAC, assignor said all officials must wear NAIA logo shirts and hats.
  17. I am going to start by saying I know this is mostly a baseball site, I do mostly softball, I am currently in the middle of a very frustrating situation with Honig's. I have been assigned a few college softball dates this year, I have called a few college scrimmages, and have worked hard to get the call for "real" games. So, we have to wear NAIA logo shirts and hats, I placed my order over 3 weeks ago, giving myself time to make sure the new hats and shirts fit, and everything is good to go for the season. Now on to my frustrations, the day after I placed the order I received a call from Honig's saying they have to send the shirts out to be embroidered and they will ship them within a week. A week and a half goes by and I have not heard anything or received any shipping info from them, so I place a call, and am told they will be done and shipped NEXT week. Ok, so now at this point it has been 2 1/2 weeks. Today, over a week later, I called to enquirer about the status of my order, once again I get that they will be done NEXT week and am asked what date I need them by so they can have them done... Being a somewhat of a smart*** I told her I needed them by February 2nd, thinking that would give them time to ship them to me. She immediately told me they wouldn't be done by then, why did she even ask??? It is frustrating to be getting the run around about a hat and shirt order, you can't tell me I am the only one in the nation ordering shirts with the NAIA logo on them. The lady I have spoken to on the phone says they can't ship from their other regional offices/warehouse, the product has to come from the region that I am located in. Rant over.
  18. I would take them. Let me know about shipping.
  19. I saw the add a few days ago and just had to laugh, that thing has seen better days!
  20. I had the same problem, but mine only lasted about 6 months.
  21. The set of TW I have, I bought from a friend.....they went in fine, but as I posted before, they look horrible......the sewing on the lower pad looks like it was done by a Jr High Home Ec class.....its all bunched up...but that seems to be common.......if I had purchased them from TW, I would send them back.... Ill try and get a pic... The vision is about the same as in the All Star. I have TW pads in my 4000UMP and really like it.
  22. The +POS masks are nice masks. I have one, the pads as far as I can tell identical to the ones that come on the All Star FM4000UMP. I also have the All Star mask and rotate them.
  23. I have the Nike steel mask, the pads are pretty good. The only exception is in cold weather, this last week I did a tournament and it was 36 degrees when we started and the pads were hard as a rock. They softened up as the day went on and the temps rose. I took a HARD SHOT later in the day, it bent the mask frame, I was just glad it did not happen earlier in the day.
  24. Still accepting offers...
  25. I have the all black base shoes, and have not had a problem with mine. One of the people I work with also has the same shoes and is having a small problem with the Reebok logo flaking off. It is a small cosmetic problem and does not effect the shoe in any way.
