The highest levels I've seen it is Babe Ruth (13-15 year olds). I actually do remember it happening once before in a MLB game. I think it was a shift situation with a LHB but they didn't want the runner on third drifting too far away. So F5 actually held him on with a RHP. Very weird to see.

The runner on first base is forced to go to second, and he has no legal right to remain on first base. This can change, however, if the first base bag or batter/runner is tagged and the force is removed. If the runner on first is tagged (even if he's still on first base), THEN the bag is touched, it's a double play.

A team I played in HS had a system where the *pitcher* would wear a covered up wristband and step off the mound after every pitcher and listen to the coach yell out a series of 3 numbers for the sign. So dumb, completely ruins any flow of the game

This would probably be either a E1 or E2, unless the runner is already breaking for the next base as the catcher is starting to throw it back, a delayed steal
