The RayBan metas are RX- able. In the OP situation, it was easy. The player only wore them while playing as F6 (he played the entire first game of the doubleheader as F2 right in front of me, and didn't bat while wearing them in either game). "Coach, it's prohibited by rule, just like a cast for a broken arm. You'll have to sit him." Then be prepared to write the ejection report, I suppose. 2 Quote

These glasses look like Buddy Holly glasses or the infamous BC glasses as already pointed out, why would kids want to wear them at all? Have we gone from full-face wraparounds to these already? I was only referring to a Clear Rx pair where you may actually have an issue if the kid actually needs them to see. Oakley makes a variety of Meta glasses as well. https://www.oakley.com/en-us/product/W0OW8001?variant=888392690418&cid=PM-FGS_000000-5.US-Oakley-EN-NA-NA-PmaxFullCatalog-NA-Prs-NA-Ecom-NA&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=19671809437&gbraid=0AAAAACyJeEZU9YIEIyJeQz7Q5jYQL1_te&gclid=Cj0KCQjw2MbPBhCSARIsAP3jP9xC5Q_FOTM7L5NXckqDr_pk5EW5iaMl8FKHIqO0txf2wALk9fAQWM4aAp8XEALw_wcB 1 2 Quote

Ray Ban, a struggling, old, frame , lens and optical supply company was ready to scrap the wayfarer style glasses for good in the early 80's. Then Tom Cruz wore a pair in the movie "Risky Business" and not only did it make RayBan keep the model, it expanded its range of lens and frame colors for the wayfarer, it brought a struggling company back to life. 45 years later, they're still on top and arguably bigger than ever. 2 Quote

Pure Polyester... no kid of the 60's, 70's or 80's wore spandex unless it was a girl trying to mimic Denise Austin. (I was going to say it wasn't invented yet, but, Spandex was invented in 1958 - bar trivia for you). 2 Quote

Maybe we have a few Gen-Zers on here who can confirm. said Gen-Z umpire here, You are correct that a light comes on when they are recording; however, some products/businesses block/drill through the light, disabling it. The same goes for the Oakley Meta AI glasses. 3 2 Quote
