OK, let me start off by saying that I know this topic has come up in other threads, and that I probably should have taken the advice of other people on this forum and not even messed with the idea of ordering from Plus POS, but I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or suggestions to help me out.

Long story short, I bought a really inexpensive mask from Plus POS a couple of weeks ago. I figured it would be a good back-up, something I could toss in the bag, in case of emergency. I placed my order, got my confirmation e-mail, the money came out of my account, and then nothing. No follow up e-mails, no package, nada. I have tried e-mailing Plus POS multiple times, with no luck getting any response. I have also called them several times, only to be told that their voice mail box is full. Does anyone have any thoughts, or know of any way to actually get in touch with someone around there, or should I just begin the process of disputing the charges?

Thanks, and yes, I will consider this a 'lesson learned.'

I know they're out of Illinois. About 20 minutes from me I believe and I had the same thing I got no tracking number or anything like that. just a thank you email for placing my order with them. it only took a day for my mask to get to me....however I am only 20 minutes from them. I say give it a day maybe two more to see if it shows up, if it hasn't by then I would probably dispute the charge and send an email telling them you are doing so and see if that will get you anywhere. it may just light a fire under them to get something done.

I'm not into raking companies over the coals (Well except for one that we all know about that is no longer doing business), but.....

This post seems like a reoccuring theme on this site. Just an observation.

Agreed. It absolutely amazes me that people that participate in these forums (even the ones that just lurk) have not taken the advice of the many on here that have ordered from these many companies. I know people have had success with companies like these. But the fat that this topic comes up once every few weeks should really be a warning to shop with caution.

As a well known poster on here has said, "that's my $.02, your mileage may vary."

I've ordered from Honigs, Ump Attire, Purchase Officials, Officially Sports (Used to be a Purchase Officials branch), Between the Lines, and various eBay stores and have never had major issues. For as small as the officiating apparel/equipment market is, there are several reputable businesses where you won't have any trouble.

People can sit back and say "I told you so", but I feel like the "Niche Market" keeps buyers using some of these at times frustrating providers. For me PlusPos continues to get business because I like a couple specific things they provide. Namely the ZRO-G Mask...that thing is a great looking and lightweight mask at a reasonable price point and personally I like the cut of both their new style and old shirts. When you got something you like, you tend to deal with a lot more crap than you normally would in any other circumstance. See marriage for another example of this situation.

that's strange...

I just received a shirt that was supposed to be a 2XL (per Dan's recommendation) .... which they say is a 50-52 on their site, and it  barely fits me.   Measures across the front at 23.5" ....that's NOT a 2XL

Sad. Was the Gold Standard for many years. It was a status symbol long ago to have a +POS logo on your gear.

Most unis and gear are the same any more.

Ump Attire beats them all on customer service and the new web site makes it SO easy to buy.

I got my ZRO-G mask about a week after my order. I emailed twice in that time because I hadn't heard anything other than the original order confirmation email, but it just showed up one day.

Yes, they were the supplier to MiLB.........and at one time, I was all +POS.....uniforms, gear and plate shoes............I still am a fan of some of the gear......Zero G, jackets, indicators and plate brush all come to mind//////

Yes, they were. I had the Joe Brinkman endorsed and worn BB203 to start.

I have a pair of their MiLB plate pants that may be the best fit I own, I just don't were heather gray that often anymore.
