Not sure how the ump did not see it, it hit his front foot and changed direction 90deg and based on the replay he had an unobstructed view of it, maybe not from his angle...  The catcher's glove was not even near the ball so what else would have caused it to kick like that?  I can understand him being blocked out by F2 if it hits his back foot

I was being an a$$! Everyone in the ballpark is not umpiring the game. He didn't call it because he didn't  see it. Because of the catchers mitt. You sound more like a fan then an umpire. Mmmm...
