Hi everyone,

I want to order charcoal Gerry Davis base pants, but they've been backordered since time immemorial. I have the Honig's polywools and like them a lot, but most of the guys I work with have GD, and the colors don't match well.

My question is, who makes charcoal base pants that are closest in color to GD's?

Thank you for your help!

None,GD drew a color all its own which is why i don't wear them. Plus they are ugly.

Sent from my C771 using Tapatalk 2

Sadly nothing matches GDs. And they are ALWAYS on back order with the exception of about a week in November.

I have some GD's if you are interested. Size 40 X 30. Two plate, One base, One Combo. In need of size 32 X 30 or size 34 X 30 poly wools.

Are the Gerry Davis pants made by Cliff Keen and identical to the pants that they sell?

I bought a pair of the plate pants made by Cliff Keen for GD. The material is better, lighter, than the regular pants they sell. As far as the look, I would say they are almost identical. If I were buying some new GD pants I would go with the Cliff Keen version.

I just don't understand why there's been a backorder for months now. I'm sure there are plenty of people ready to shell out for them if only they're in stock.
