I don't understand U3 moving behind the F5 as the throw comes in.  He's putting F5 between him and any possible tag.

He didnt.. he put himself between the fielder and the runner..and himself in the middle... it's a great look.. but try to remember steals at third are very hard and fast, as the BU still has to stay on the line for F/F plays...

And if you stay on the line and the throw is missed youll get hit and there is a tendancy to flinch when you see the ball coming.  And if you move into fair, you can get blocked by the runner and not see the tag which is usually on the home plate side of the runner.
