Triple Crown Tourney, NFHS Rules.....

I am PU, Partner in B, R1-R3

Pitcher does the ol' 3rd to 1st fake and I see my partner stand straight up quickly, start to raise his arms and then catch himself and stop.

I started laughing to myself as he shook his head from side to side.

Got to love all the different rulesets we use on a daily basis!!

My association has already had to send an e-mail out. Apparently some guys have called it in HS games.

Friday I did a HS scrimmage. , F1 stepped off the back, then did the FTTFTF. Obviously no balk but I was wondering if his coach told him he had to step off now to do the move.

I would be so screwed up with multi rule sets... you would be posting about me having to back my way out of rules messes every game!

To start the season off in USSSA tournament games, I'd actually include it in my pre-game for each teams first game that weekend.  I figured I'd rather spend 8 seconds on it then than have to fight with a coach when I balk a run home.

I worked a HS Easter tournament today, they had a 3-1 move work and end an inning. The look on the pitcher's face was priceless when he realized he had the R1 hung out.
