Doesn't the interference (grabbing the uniform) by the runner at .16 cause the pitcher to be unable to make a play on the runner at 2nd who was too far off second. Wouldn't this interference be invoke in a couple different rule sets?

yes and it was also unsporting so he should of been ejected. and he should be fined in his teams kangaroo court for not plowing over the pitcher who was clearly in the baseline and so was fair game.

Not one person talked about the PU and how far up the line he got.. that is awesome to see.

I saw that too, great hustle, but do you think as he was running up the line, knowing the BR is behind him, that maybe should have moved to the left to allow room for the BR?

If the batter chooses not to run and then gets behind the umpire too bad for the batter.
