15" Black Douglas

Yes, I know that Douglas is back in the game of selling protectors.

I have a lightly used 15" Douglas that I am looking to sell. It has probably been worn for about 10-15 plate games. It is in exceptional condition. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I prefer a 13" protector personally and when I bought it from Douglas all they had left were 15" a couple of years ago when they were unloading old stock. I will probably get a 13" but I need to get this one out of the collection first.

Currently it is if fitted with a Delt-flex, but I would be willing to put the standard harness back on it if the buyer desires. It will probably go up on Ebay, but I wanted to give you guys first shot.

It looks like it is sold. If that status changes I will update the post. I love selling stuff within this community instead of dealing with ebay. I know more money can be made out there, but I like the idea of knowing that someone that cares is getting a good piece of gear for a fair price.

I received PMs from several people last night. I have gotten in touch with all of them. I accepted an offer. While it is not officially sold until I have the money, I am assuming the buyer is doing things in good faith. If that changes I will let everyone know. Thanks for the interest.

I inquired about that, but he did not offer that service. Not saying it can't be done, but if it could I think during our conversation he would have offered.

The 15" is now officially sold and shipped and I called my first game in my new 13" Friday night. Ordered it on Thursday got it on Friday. Not bad for a custom job. I really love the T-hooks and the extra shoulder caps. Plus the shorter length works great for me.

Go to the All-Starsports.com site ...give them a call, ask for Brad Jurga. Tell him the guys on Umpire Empire referred you to him and you're looking to snag a Delta Flex harness! :D
