I don't know that I would change a thing. I suppose a patent leather belt would add a little flair, but it's not really needed.

The cargo pants are a great idea, you don't have to worry about matching your ball bag and your shirt if you just keep the balls in the pants pocket.

I can't tell if those cargo pants are the ones with the zip off legs that can become shorts if the temps rise too much. Would be nice for those mid morning games that last into the afternoon.

You might wish to consider blackening the Nike "swoosh" on your shoes with a magic marker.

I'm pretty good at the "Find what's wrong with this picture thing." I'm a little embarrassed that all my umpire colleagues don't see the problem! An insider told me that he's working a softball game, thus, his shirt should be powder blue. Other than that, he's fine.

If his shirt was powder blue, than the outermost band of his shirt would not match his hat! Come on...

Come on guys, I can't believe you didn't notice the hat bill. It's way too long. We all know the bill should not extend beyond the collar of the shirt in the back. You need to get a plate hat.

Much to comment on but at least hes wearing the same mask as one of the umpires in the playoffs and that seems to be the most important thing so all else can be forgiven

I personally would consider swapping out the black cage for a silver with some doeskin pads, you know just to add a little "pizzazz" and dimension. Other than that... outstanding!
