We started getting training and clinics from the local HS group. I was asked to join them and been a member for the past 26 yrs. I am now the training officer for the same group.

3 years about 15 years ago and starting 3rd year since coming back so add another 6 years.

It could be more since the number of games I work here may be equal to 2 or 3 years for some.

Similar here - I don't count the 3-4 years I umpired as an untrained parent volunteer.
