Two out, runner at second.  2-2 on the batter. (B3)   On the next pitch, he swings and misses for strike three.  However, the catcher drops the ball.  Meanwhile, the runner from second attempts to advance to third and is thrown out.  The question is, who is the lead off batter the next inning.  B3 or B4?

Strike 3 ends the at bat since the batter is now a runner. B4 would lead off in their next inning at bat.
