More umpire assaults

What a time to be an umpire.

 

Obviously we don’t get the whole picture of what transpired up until a few seconds before the punch….but I can use common sense, apply reason, and evaluate the situation - it doesn’t appear this guy’s teammates react or take issue with what the umpire is saying. If the umpire was out of line, instigating it himself, being unprofessional/inappropriate, we would see some type of reaction from the players. Without that, I can surmise this person just flipped out and made a very bad decision. I’d imagine we’ll see a huge punishment for this one - I hope .

By now, somebody can identify this guy. Let's get that name and the company he works for in the paper. Would not want to work or take the chance of working for his company, with the employee in the film working there, that exhibits this type of personal behavior (personal violence) either on or off the company property. Keep us posted on who this guy is, and what company he works for, since the rec department did not identify him.

Once again, why would/should someone want to take the chance of working with him at the company he works for, so get his name and the company name out in the local news media outlets for all to see and hear and do us all a favor.

Player banned for life from league.  Umpire pursuing legal action now.

Nope.  they don't need my help to cancel someone.  I won't participate in this cancel culture from my location that is no where near where this took place.  Let the law and locals handle it.
