Sometimes when I try to like a post it says that I can't give the user any reputation.  Why???

It's happened with different members but not all members.

Not sure if it's in one particular forum or thread. I will keep an eye out.

I think I may have found the issue. The default maximum reputation a person was allowed to give in a 24hr period was 25. Did you possibly give out a lot of likes? 

Either way, I increased the amount to 50 in a 24hr period.

Maybe people are just being cautious. I mean, we're judged by the company we keep.

When I first joined U-E, there were a few members that had tons of likes, but gave little contribution (a snide comment here, a repetition of someone else's insightful comment there). These few members liked every post their friends entered... but that's the 21st social media mindset we live in today.
