This is right around the corner from me. Barry is our only real local supplier here. He is a good guy though.

 

How much do the unequal shins go for normally? Are these worth the money? I got the bauer shins and they are ok, my only complaint is they are turning on me a lot and also the velcro is a bit long and they don't sit as well as i'd like.

 

Shins is the 1 piece of gear I am having trouble finding the right piece.

Do they turn on your legs? or do they stay put pretty well. That is the biggest pet peeve I have on my shins. They twist and don't protect my legs anymore. and then get uncomfortable running.

I will differ with you on this one. I don't think I've seen a single owner of the UE shins that have anything bad to say about them. And they do not move. They conform.

No. They stay put really well. Great shin guards...especially at that price. I use my unequal and my douglas shins. Both are great products, but for the money the unequals are a better deal.

Get them now. You will absolutely love them and they will stop you from calling strikes that bounce across the plate.

Hey. This was the single most important thing I learned in that clinic.

 

All kidding aside the clinic was great Jason and I plan on being back next year. I am still using my newer plate stance and strike mechanics. Looking forward to maybe seeing some of you and the other instructors call some games this spring.
