I don't but all my partners do.

why not?My god, Chief. I don't really have anything dangly to protect down there. I thought everybody knew.

There is a female protection device available. I know of a female umpire that uses one.

I only wear a cup in three- or four-man.

@Matt why?

I'm not a fan of cups if I don't need them, and the only balls that I don't have the agility to avoid are pickoffs, which aren't an issue in two-man.

I don't wear one in the field and have only ever worked w/one guy (that I know of!) who does.

 

There's only been one moment (jumping up quickly to avoid a line drive hit straight to my crotch) that I've thought about wearing a cup in the field, but that was one moment out of how many . . . ?

I sure don't! Rarely wear it on the plate even.
