Call stands - Positioning

Review requested, ...safe call stands, ...however...

 

I don't do 4 man, but for those who do, ...is this proper movement for a U3 on something like this?

He could have gone to foul by the coaches box -- but for sure he should have been stopped.

So, either way is ok?  Either by the coaches box, or where he went?  What's the 4-man 'rule' on this?

Foul side towards bottom of coach's box.  Coach actually had best view there, as the runner is not running between him and the play, the way the runner ran between the umpire and the play.  Gets you the clean 90 degree look.  Have to bust your behind to get there though.  Helps if you anticipate the bunt.
