This is my first day on umpire-empire although I have been stalking it for a while getting gear reviews and what-not. I am a varsity high school umpire hoping to break into college some day when I get a more understanding work schedule. So any advice or tips you have for me bring them on!

4 hour ride, about $300-500 bucks is all you would need. I am coming all the way from Nashville area, I'll give you a ride down I-40!   "kidding"

Be patient, get your experience, learn the ropes, get some good training, work hard and realize you always have room for improvement.
