Anyone had any luck with Wilson customer service? A bar on my cage on my Shock FX bent after a foul tip...I emailed them, they responded quickly, they said to mail my mask in to be looked at to determine if defective or not....The mask is about 18 months old, did its job, didn't feel a thing...Just wondered if anyone has gone through this process and what the outcome was? Turn around they said would be about 10 days...Waiting to finish my High School season before sending it in, it's the only mask I have... :crybaby2:

Lots of posts about Wilson being cooperative with replacing bent titanium masks (at least the first time), hopefully that is a good sign for your situation.  Hope it gets worked out!

I have had very good luck with Wilson customer service.  I continue to purchase Wilson products and I continue to suggest Wilson products to other umpires for that reason.

Make sure you take pictures, make sure you articulate your concerns and make sure you ask for what it is that you want.

If you have trouble dealing with them, go through the retailer where you bought it.  I went through Wilson once and went through the retailer the second time and both worked for me.

Scott, ...how'd a foul tip hit your mask?  :fuel:  :smachhead:

Catcher pulled it out of his glove and threw it at him for making this post  :wow:

More on topic, i've sent 2 wilson masks in to be replaced, one was the shock fx ti and the other was my traditional ti. Both were replaced no questions asked and both were dented very slightly and hardly noticeable (of course the concussion which ensued in the case with the traditional was noticeable) both times was not instructed to send in a receipt. The only concern i had was the fact that there was no contact made as to when i would receive my replacement mask. Luckily I keep a spare in the bag.
