No Where does it say that you 'Can't' do it!

 

BUT

 

You know as well as I do that it looks like Garbage when I see it at a 14u Travel Game(Which can be excused, I understand that some guys don't have the money for jackets and what not...  ) and looks even worse when I see a guy in THE SHOW doing it!   If it is THAT cold then why not grab the Long Sleeve or throw on one of your many jackets!

 

In all seriousness though it looks like such a Rookie, Nube, Bush-League...Thing to do!(okay I'm off my soap-box... for now!)
