Champro Wheeled Umpire bag

I am in the market for an umpire bag this year. I know what the Diamond and Pro-Nine bags are all about. Same goes for the Wilson. My question is has anyone tried the new Champro bag? I don't want the top to collapse like the Wilson does and the price point on the Champro looks good...but buyers remorse is tough to swallow...

I am new to umpiring, so I have never owned any other brand and dont know what you mean by the top collapsing. I just bought one and it has a divider inside that helps hold it open. Hope this helps.

Looks like my Diamond bag. And it collapses when not full.

I just know that the Diamond and Pro-Nine aren't as bad as the Wilson. I know a couple of guys that have the Wilson's and they just fall flat. The others seem to have some rigidity on the ends that keep them in shape...

 

 

Just wondering, for th price it looks pretty good and I have always had solid performance from Champro gear...

I posted on this topic back in oct , the champro bag is nearly identical to the pro nine/diamond in all aspects . If the UA website photos are accurate. I am convinced that pro nine , champro , diamond , (maybe wilson) are all originating from the same bag vendor (manufacturer) . And then labeled/altered slightly depending on who the end supplier happens to be . I have the pro nine , and like it very much , this past oct they had a factory blow-out sale on the bags and some other items . pro nine is'nt far from my home , so picked up the  the bag at the pro nine HQ . the only difference that may not be so obvious without touching the bags is the thickness of the materials used , but i still believe they are all of the same source .

Thanks for the info. I have to make trips out to your neck of the woods about 4 times a year. Great place to visit, but I don't think I'll be moving anytime soon...too many people!

Unfortunately the 29 is out of stock.  That is the size that the umpire need.

Guess they have an upgraded new version out, now. I'm going to pull the trigger on the onyx (Black) one.

I'm just happy they are restocking it or upgrading it, I was about to buy the TLS 29" Wheeled Duffel in blue, I think the onyx will look much better.

I just purchased the TLS model in black and received it Saturday.  I like the bag but now wondering if I should exchange for the eTech model.
