Got a 404 error.

Yes, it quickly got removed from the internet. I figured as much. You had to act quick.

Did you download a copy?

notice my sign on

All I know to do is click on something and drag it into this screen. If what I just opened and saw does not drag over and work on here, oh well. Most things work. MST has caught some things that do not. Sorry. I can tell you that page one had a picture of a bunch of umpires with former President Bush, Jr.

It looks like a very interesting read. Thanks for posting.

How did you get it?? I saw it yesterday, read a few bits, then figured I'd come back today --- but now I can't access it.

Just what did you do to get it today??

I've always enjoyed the "squats leader" category since MLBUMG added it in 2003 (winner Jeff Nelson with 10,471 that year). The way they write that up looks to be by pitches seen per game, but as we all know, you can have a squat without seeing a pitch (pickoff, balk, time called, etc.). I wonder how they reconcile that.

It always seems like the MG is one of the last considerations MLB puts out there and rarely do I hear of any broadcasters/reporters/columnists using data from the Guide in their work. Notable exception, of course, is Vin Scully, who basically read Dale Scott's biography on the air during last night's LAD-LAA game.
