Three weeks ago I left messages in both email and voice mail form with an ordering question for Officials Choice.

To this day I've received absolutely NOTHING!!! ZERO, ZILCH, ...NADA!

But, ..I guess with the economy being so good, ...they don't need the business, right?!

What they DO HAVE is "different" shirts that other places don't .... and thats the only reason I even consider them.....but not anymore

I can't stand them. But their ball bag is actually pretty good. Just a titch wider, moisture resistant, thicker than those cheap bags, and they had a sale where they sold 2 for $4 and I ordered a dozen.

Great balls bags.

Crapshoot on the shirts.

Terrible service.

Whats that sayiing you get what you pay for. Go to Ump Attire or Honigs you will have much better luck.!!!!

I sent honigs an email over two weeks ago about 10 or so new shirts we ordered that the collar was fraying on them. Still no reply. Its almost like none of these companies care once you buy the product.

That was my experience with the Honig's black pants for football. The black dye ran and made the white stripes a brown color. They couldn't have cared less. This is one of the reasons why I dislike Honig's so much.

I should also add that this happened to numerous people I know all without any kind of resolution.

Honigs shirts frey and their pant buckles (clasps) suck on the non-poly pants

For one umpire, it often does seem like Honigs simply does not care. They have so many other deals with groups who are required to buy from them that once you buy it and wear it, tough crud for you.

That is frustrating.

I specifically ordered some logoed shirts from them and they sent plain shirts and then didnt refund my shipping to send them back. Now that said they did a good job when I ordered some other logoed shirts the other day and there was some issue on the phone, the resolved it and called me back. That assumes I get the correct shirts in a couple of days.
