The heavy jacket price is on par with what the similar MLB branded team jackets sell for. The price on the convertible jacket and the shirts are a little pricey for me. We will see how they get adopted. The only time I would ever be able to wear one would be doing a solo game...or one with parents on the bases.

I actually like the look of the heavy jacket, but the convertible looks funny. it needs some trim or something. it resembles a hoodless pancho. I like the honigs convertible...the trim on the sides and across the chest are what makes the look.

I agree, although the MLB guys have a light jacket that is not the smock that looks almost just like the Honigs convertible. Horizontal strip across the chest, etc. I'm guessing this is the lighter jacket alternative to the therma base jacket.

i do like the look of the new heavy Jacket.. the rest I do not like.. But cause I work mostly college we will be wearing these in about 2 yrs, if not sooner..LOL

I don't mind the heavy jacket and the black shirt is tolerable, but that convertible without any white looks awful.

baseballsavings.com has ThermaBase jackets for $40. They're just not umpire jackets. I'd be willing to bet the black/silver ones would look pretty sharp if a whole crew was wearing them.

To me, the light blue stripes look a little fruity. If the MLB guys didn't wear them, neither would y'all.

Those new +POS jackets are NOT of the same quality as their new-old-stock stuff. Make sure it has that big white label in the collar.

I've held one of those new Majestic jackets, and they're really nice. Just not a fan of light blue.
