    One Knee

Is it ok on a close play to get on one knee like the picture above? Because I will do that occasionally.
  5. How about we just end this now? No shorts.
  6. @mbkcoach - Did you put your Nike mask up on Ebay? I noticed a Nike powder-coated Gun Metal and wondered if it was yours or just a coincedence.
  7. @maineump - You don't have to brag!! Jk
  8. I'm assuming since they are memory foam they would feel more like the Team Wendy's because TW's are of similar material. @mbkcoach
  9. This is ridiculous. I mean, c'mon! What is the point of running 15 feet, squatting down, yelling out some idiotic phrase, and then like 3 punches to top it all off. Staged or not, it's ridiculous.
  10. Big 3 game series in the Bronx this weekend!

  11. Definitely a cross up.
  12. @UADirOps - Will the pads be available separately from the mask as well?

  14. Does look like a A3077, but I don't think those are the Wilson wrap around pads on top that come with it. This is why it looks like something new. I think he might be wearing the Wilson pads that come with at the bottom but something different at top. Fewer straps and less bulk on the top pads might indicate Team Wendy or the new Wilson memory foam pads. @JimKirk - I believe he is wearing the memory foam on both top and bottom. Also, will the memory foam pads be available in tan? Just curious.
  15. who? Marcus Patillo not Patilla. @Thunderheads
  16. @grayhawk - Actually, now thinking about it, Trout is SO MUCH MORE mature than Harper. Harper does have that little "punk" in him.
  17. Sounds like "fan speak" to me! @UMP45 - Yes, I know. But it still doesn't make sense to me that they don't appeal sometimes.
  18. I'm sure Alex Cobb the Rays pitcher in that situation knew, but he WAS NOT gonna say anything.
  19. What mask is that? Dyna lite or powder coated ti?
  20. To get back on topic here... No offense to Rackley... I'm gonna say it... Horrible call. Why do these home plate umpires not appeal to first on those close check swing plays?
  21. I've seen the replay. Ball hit bat before it hit hand.
  22. @grayhawk , @BigUmpire , and @JaxRolo -What do you guys have against Harper? Even though the Nats announcers sound like idiots when they're analyzing the play, I thought he was safe.
  23. Yes. It would be the HP's call since the play was in front of 3rd base.
  24. I don't think so... I think it's like what someone said near the beginning of this thread... Which was the umpire who doesn't want to spend a ton of money on a chest protector and shins.
