@J_Adams - What association? He seemed like a pretty good umpire in the CWS behind the plate. Is he?

@Sayhey - Yeah, the umpire that has "cap issues" is Jeff Head. I'm fine with you removing your mask with both hands. The only thing I care about is after you remove it whether it's with your left hand or with both hands, it needs to end up in your left hand. That's my only "pet peeve" about mask removal. That's great that Evans removed his mask off his face with his left hand and had an 8 stitch cap on, good for him. As I said, the only "pet peeve" about mask removal is at the end of your mask removal process it needs to be in your left hand.

@dl1340 - YESSS, you are exactly right. Jeff Head is him. Nike frame. Top - Black TW, Bottom - Tan TW He had a Demarini logo sewed onto it. I thought he was a really good umpire last night.

I say "strike three!" and do a "punch" toward the first base dugout.

@the_umpire - I thought they were TWs because it looks like them and since TW doesn't make two-tones, I thought he bought tan pads, and colored with a sharpie or something, black on the outside..... Silly me.....
