If a batter hits a ball down 3rd base like and it bounces fair, the third baseman picks it up foul, is it a fair ball?

Macaw it was to determine if a ball was fair or fowl. But I parrot that it should go the way of the dodo - just like Navy shirts.

It would not be ostrich to think things have gone too far.  It would s'emu and I are parrot of the problem.  I'll chicken later to see if this has been locked.  It would be a tough pill to swallow if that happened.   I appreciate the condor everyone here has shown.
