For our LL district tournament this year, our District UIC had...a unique shirt/hat combo for us. That's me, rocking the camouflage cap, olive shirt, and orange undershirt.

I did Legion last year and no one mentioned my lack of a hat with the Legion patch, but I got one this year just because I felt out of place. One of the guys on our assessment committee doesn't even have a Legion hat.

Where I am, during the regular season nobody cares.

Post-season, they want at least a patch on the shirt OR the hat. They'd like both, but would settle for just one.

It's the same way in my area.  During season, anything is fine.  Postseason they expect Legion patches.
