No, I'm not going to gripe about rain.

I'm scheduled for a game today which is still on (many in my area are cancelled) with less than 3 hours till first pitch and the fog from this morning has lifted a bit, but it is still a dreary London type day with a very low ceiling. It will make fly balls interesting to say the least.

Well, just as I'm shutting down the computer getting ready to head out my commish calls, No game today.

Heck Warren, be glad not in FLA. In about two weeks, the grass at my house will not be yellow and we will have those FLA monsoons.

I lost mine today also Warren. It was a really good one. I hope I can get it back when rescheduled. Looks as if Monday is questionable as well. At least the rain is slow and soaking in, some areas of the country are having a rough time.

I saw the snow storm on TV wow.

I'm starting to think my wife is controlling the weather. Its rained and been just bad enough to cancel my games, but it amazingly cleared up long enough for me to mow the lawn for the first time then started raining again. hmmmm

I lost a DH today because of rain. Maybe "Weather Gripes" should be it's own section on the forum?

Just got back from my JV Doubleheader today: temp is 39, wind is 30-35mph.

Game #1: 3:21, 19-14 (8 innings).

Game #2: 2:20 14-7

I should have prayed for rain.

I got a game in Thursday night. 21/2. My game was the only one played to completion. It rained lightly through the whole game but the home manager believes you should do everything possible to play on your scheduled day.

I have had everything since Wednesday cancelled because of the weather. I hope to get in the full week I have scheduled next week.

Maybe the Space Aliens that visited my area last night (as opposed to the illegal type) pushed all the bad weather out of our area for a day or two. It looks like I might get may games in today and tomorrow. Wed & Thurs are looking iffy.

Yeah that's what they're saying now, I'm still hoping for the weather controlling aliens. But the R-word is back in the forecast for Wednesday and Thursday.

Been cancelled since April 2nd Rain, Rain, Rain and I won't have another scheduled until Thursday April 9th.

Cancelled yesterday, so I have one JV tonight...then tomorrow I have a Middle school game followed by a JV game....going to be tired...:home:

I've had 5 out of 6 cancelled since Friday. And then a Saturday JV softball game on the 11th has been cancelled (I think because of the holiday).
