I don't get this call at all, batter in the box, looking at the pitcher, seems set... play ball.....

think the only case that could me made is that the batter's hands were not in a set position when stroman started his delivery. There was also https://streamable.com/uxcnd later in the game, which looks very bad.

When I have a pitcher standing on the rubber ready to deliver, and a batter walking into the box getting ready, it is one of the few times I'll use the stop/do not pitch sign.
