OK, so I was working a 10u, C team tournament (don't ask why). R2, no outs. Ball is hit into short center. Fielders converge and all watch as it drops. R2 rounds third and heads for home. F4 picks up the ball and chucks it toward the plate. My partner starts off 3BLX, but rotates fair as the ball and runner converge at the plate. F2 comes forward to grab the ball and go for the tag. As he does this my partner essentially bowls him over. The ball rolls to the backstop as my partner signals safe. He then calls time and checks on the catcher who got up quickly from what looked like a nasty spill. Coaches confirm the catcher was good, but don't have any complaints about the call or the collision. My partner never asked for my input and the coaches didn't see anything wrong (even though it looked like the catcher would have likely got R2 at home).

My question is, is this anything? I thought it might be UI because F2 was denied a clear opportunity to make a play on R2. Besides the lesson in mechanics and trying to avoid lowering the boom on a 10u F2, what would this call be?

Absolutely nothing... live ball play on.

Only 2 instances where umpire INT can be called:

1) umpire hit in fair territory with batted ball (certain restrictions apply)

2) PU interferes with catchers ability to make a play on a pitch.

Not only was the collision nothing, your partner should naot have called "time" until all play had ended.  The battter had a chance to advance a base with the ball at the backstop.

UI or UO can and has been called in other instances. It just wouldn't be correct as in a play at College Station a few years baxk

It's a 10 year old and under game.If I think I have a possilby injured player I could care less about the br advancing one more base before I call tmeout.

999 times out a 1000, the extra 4 seconds required for play to end will have absolutely no impact on the kid's injury.

The exceptions would be arterial spray or CSF on the field. I've seen that only once, and the play was over anyway.

Yeah he called time almost instantly as the ball was going to the back stop. BR could have made it to 3rd, but stayed at 2nd both because of my partner calling time and the 3rd base coach telling him to stay there as he saw the catcher get knocked down. I didn't call time until my partner did.

Thanks for he help. So this is a play where we are just part of he field and if you run into is or we run into you, so be it?

Yep.  You might hear a few comments regarding your agility though.
