Despite the video title, I suspect that the call "stood" (not enough to overrule) instead of being "confirmed" (clear from the video that it was correct).

I know tag ups are being added to what can be reviewed this year. Strange that leaving a base early was not reviewable but time plays could be reviewed.

If you don't count outs caught stealing, you are correct. http://www.baseball-reference.com/leagues/MLB/2014-baserunning-batting.shtml lists him with 15 OOB, outs on base not counting caught stealing (7 more) or pickoffs (4 more). But if you include caught stealing, other players (e.g. Billy Hamilton with 34 total outs while base running) were removed from the base paths more in 2014.
