Matt got to see the last 2 batters of the game.

Looked good but your head height seemed to be really high. Looked like you were hardly bending over/or squatting at all.

Maybe it was the camera angle!

Thanks to all, @FlaUmp22 too, who I had a good conversation with over the phone about my game!

In that game I took the third pitch of the game off the cup, two more off the CP, and one foul off the arm. It was great!! :censored:  :banghead:

You guys are seeing the worst of the worst here too. That game was #82 against #104... My next is #81 against #98.  :meditation:

Thanks again everyone!!

what's the mercy at CDP?

Hey Jeff! Thanks for watching! It's 12 runs after 4 innings.

yup, I found it ! :)

way to "put the ball back in play!"  JUST as discussed here!

btw, the camera angle did seem to show you were too high in your set, but ... it was just that, the camera angle, ...I've seen it :D

Haha thanks!

I'm not sure if it was me or the camera, I'm going to ask my partner tonight to watch for it. I know I was good in the beginning of the game, but I feel like I may have gotten sloppy as the game dragged on.

Was at 4. Lol. Sorry - didn't see until now. I have a round of 64 plate tomorrow at 4:30

I was going to say that you gained a lot of weight overnight!

I saw a hr with 1 one base and the plate guy did not look for the touch of the plate for either runner.

That's probably because he doesn't want to know. They told us at the beginning of the week to not call back home runs because of missed bases. Seriously.

For the record, I did it anyway.

I understand but he should at least look like he knows what he's doing.

@mjr_2013 — If they told you the story of the kid who had a HR called back on a Balk Warning call, only to hit another HR on the "next pitch", they're wrong...

It was 3 pitches later. I was behind the plate on that one, Week 5. U2 (we were training a new guy on 4-man) called a No-Stop Balk, and I had to explain to the jubilant BR and his HC that he gets to keep the ball, but because this is an immediate dead ball warning, he has to pick up the bat again and the runs come off the board. 3 pitches later, a no-doubt'er sails over the centerfield wall.

Baseball has a way of righting itself.

Dead ball balk warnings and pretending 4.09(a) doesn't exist :shakehead:

Maybe I just hate 'local' rules..

On Field #2 this week.

Sunday - 145pm plate, 7pm field

Monday - 145pm plate, 7pm field

Tuesday - 830am field, 7pm plate

80% chance of thunderstorms on Tuesday could push my Tuesday field to Monday night and/or my Tuesday plate to like 2am Wednesday morning. I'll keep you posted.

They totally changed it up. Heavy rain expected on Tuesday and Wednesday. 80% chance of rain both days.

My 7pm field has become a 530pm field.

Tomorrow, my 145pm plate has become an 830am plate. My 7pm field has become a 1230pm field. My 830am field on Tuesday has become a 230pm field on Monday. My 7pm plate on Tuesday has become a 1030pm plate on Monday. Nothing on Tuesday (as of right now). All on field #2.
