Ok, ...first and foremost .... this is a REALLY REALLY difficult call to make for anyone at ANY level.  I had it foul when I saw it in real time, and I'm sure you did too! Doesn't surprise me a bit that Brian Knight had this foul, ..no surprise at all.

Ok ... so .....  they go to review ..........now .......... a few things:

1) IF they overturn the foul call, where do you place Frazier?

2) Notice how the announcers actually get the "how to determine foul or fair" properly ... "it's where the ball is, not the body"

3) YOU TELL ME WHAT NUMBER 3 is ........watch the entire video, and tell me what was the third thing I noticed that I know we'd all appreciate here?

Enjoy!

Put your belt buckle on the foul line to make this call (easy).

Runner touched 1st on the way to second.

don't tell me for a SECOND you had FAIR on the initial real time replay of this play.  NO WAY

The BR touched first base on his way to second, rather than cutting straight across the diamond, thereby avoiding putting himself at risk of an appeal and out at first.

What's my prize? :)

Damn, others got in while I wasn't looking. Do I get credit on allowance for my time zone?

Nah, we've got it stashed in the Ozzie version of Area 51, along with the winged-keel motor used in the America's Cup, and Harold Holt's body. (Former Australian Prime Minister, went swimming at a beach, disappeared at sea, so we named an Olympic sized swimming pool after him.)

I think you can see Gerry Davis tell the runner to "touch first" -- and its certainly something I would do in the levels I work (or maybe say "you are awarded first and second").
