I saw a post regarding "Umptalk.com" which features podcasts pertaining to umpiring.  It is pretty well done and would recommend folks check it out.

 

Anyway, in the post someone suggested putting rules on audio.

 

My question: Who would you want to hear reading either the FED or OBR rule books?

 

My initial reaction is Samuel L. Jackson (in full Jules Winnfield mode.)

There is a site like this for Little League… http://greenbookrules.com … I found it very helpful for learning the rules, especially since I learned them on a 16-year old's attention span.
