Watching the Carolina/Seattle game and I think that the NFL has it right as far as ejections go.....

Carolina player flagged for UC and the Referee stated "#90 has disqualified himself from the game".

I know that we as baseball umpires always say amongst ourselves that we don't EJ people, they EJ themselves, but it was good to hear it on National TV.

I wish all sports would re-word EJs to show that its really the players that do it to themselves.

I got to meet and talk briefly with the Referee (Jeff Triplette) last year.  Really first class all the way around.
