I found when I coached HS that players will play their heart out if they can play hard and not get yelled at for making a physical mistake.

 

They stay lose, have fun and make great plays!

 Absolutely ! For example, just last week, I took Baseball a spray of fresh flowers, and took it to its favorite steak house for dinner.......
