Got an e-mail today my 1st scrimmage that was set for Friday is canceled.  Just hope it's not bad and it melts quick. Got 3 scheduled next Mon, Tues and Weds. I'm chompin' at the bit.

Actually I missed my games on Tuesday due to the storm. The visiting team didn't want to risk driving back in the bad weather. Hopefully I will keep my games for Saturday.

My game was cancelled on Tuesday because the opposing school had a breakin the night before causing the school to close for the day.

i assume that my scrimmage on saturday will be cancelled, but that will give me the opportunity to attend a iittle league clinic

My niece in Georgia posted that it's warmer in her upstate NY hometown than it is at her current place in GA.

Got an e-mail today that my Monday scrimmage has been cancelled. Something about the VT can't make it. SO I'm 0-2 to start the season. We'll see what next Tuesday and Wednesday bring.

Here in Maine - looks like things are on schedule. Our college teams stay on the road for 2 more weeks - no HS until April. Lots of games in a hurry after the season starts.

About 1 inch of snow on the fields in my area - down south they got 8+ yesterday.

Maine has a bad rep for snow - in the area I live in, we get less snow than our Southern and Northern parts get - just lucky I guess.

The temp is still in the 40's though, but that is Maine baseball in the spring!
