I used to have an asst manager at work that capped all his hard written stuff, downright nicest penmanship around. The problem he sent all his emails the same way, completely unreadable. I kept telling him about it but refused to change. I finally started sending his emails back unread, asking for a translation. He figured it out eventually. :)
