Maybe, but excellent rotation and somebody being there to make a call. At least he looked like he belongs in MLB. It was close but I thought he was safe the first time and every replay I have seen. But, looked good though.

Why did the umpire take a step up closer to the play and closer to the first base line when the throw came in. I think he would of seen it better if he stayed at about the 3bl extended where he started. But when the tag happens here and the touch of the plate happens over there relatively speaking its hard to see them both and the timing.

This is a great example of hustle, and being quick and just hitting your rotation, regardless of weather he missed the call.
