I like the look and I like the thought of breathability, but I'm concerned about protection. It is listed under softball, it makes me think it isn't intended for baseball. But the concept is great.

If click on the baseball tab, it also comes up under baseball.

I called and it doesn't come out until november. I got directed to the VP of sales when I said I'd like to purchase the CP from the company directly to write a review about it for a large umpire website. I have yet to receive a call back.

Wow, what a great looking chest protector. I would really love to try this out, I'm going to give Schutt a call tomorrow. It's not out yet apparently, and they're pretty expensive, around $300.

If I wore this under my plate coat people would... :wow:
