Outstretched arm?

This is a legal NCAA play but what would we have in FED? The initial move was to jump over the arm of the catcher. The catcher then moves under the runner. I think I would no call it.

I *think* jumping is allowed; diving is not.  Didn't watch the video -- just see the splash screen.

FED 8-4-2d...I have the runner diving over F2 there and I am calling him out.

I think it’s more like your head can’t be the first part of your body crossing over the defender, more than what part lands first. 😁
