Question

NFHS Rule set and NCAA Rule set (future reference)
Runners on 1st and 2nd 0 outs. Right handed Batter attempts to bunt and missed. Both runners had a big secondary lead. Runner on 2nd attempts to steal third while runner on first attempts to go back to first. Due to batter missing the bunt, he ends up in the other batters box and interferes with catcher from throwing to first, and f2 sails it to the outfield.
I called batters interference and batter out. I only returned the runner at first and kept the runner at third. Should have I returned the other runner as well?
