How do you keep your black jackets from fading? It seems that some of mine are not as vibrant as when I bought them.

I don't use them. Keeps them fresh.

True, I have found the ones I don't use much look much nicer.

It's true they're only .500 this month, but really, who could avoid fading after the start they had?

Oh, sorry, I thought it said, "Blue Jackets Fading." My bad.

Wash less frequently. I know, I know, I know... that's gross. I used to be one of those guys that washed everything every time I wore it... but then my stuff started fading!

Get a garment bag to cover your uniforms while sitting in the car. We are our own worst enemy in regards of uniforms fading.

Wash them with woolite by hand (mom’s advice).

I use a garment bag. I also turn everything inside out to wash, umpire uniforms and work clothes. A lot of clothing labels recommend this on their tags. I have found over time that it keeps the outside of my clothes staying newer looking longer.
