Runner at first. Pitcher is slowly moving his hands to get set and while in the process pivots, steps to first, and throws to first. Legal?
Also, same play but all motion is accelerated and looks 'funny.' Same ruling as above?
Last variant has initial motion slow and then switching to going really fast.
