Question
Guest Roy
Runner on 1st breaks early for 2nd Pitcher steps off rubber, turns toward 2nd, and throws to ss, who easily tags runner. BUT as pitcher turned, he accidentally stepped back onto the rubber.
Balk ??

Once he steps off the rubber, he's an infielder. If I'm reading this right, he steps off the rubber, and then as he turns to 2B the pivot foot moves back and contacts the rubber? I've got a legal dise

Unless the umpire has declared the rubber "POISON" prior to the first pitch of the game, this is nothing.
