New Majestic Jacket for 2015

This jacket intrigues me, but I'm concerned about the warmth and why I should buy this jacket if I already have and love my ThermaBase.

 

To those of you who have this jacket, sell it to me.  In other words, why should I buy this and use it instead of my Black Thermabase which is a cold weather beast.

The MLB guys are wearing it  .........personally..... looks awful....but that's me....

I think MLB's reasoning is that they can wear the heavy jacket or the light jacket and they look the same so the umpire can choose if he wants the heavy or light jacket and we're not supposed to know the difference.

I noticed also in some MLB videos that the new Cool Base jacket (what used to be the cool base) is a full zip jacket now, ...still looks similar to the Cool base, but it doesn't have the vents in the back that the old cool base had ........doesn't look bad ......

I'm seeing both styles ........ so based on that .......they're probably doing a change-over to a newer style.

 

the strange thing is ......I haven't seen the 'new' all-black shirts yet .......   I guess we'll see.
