Anyone tech savvy??

Usually I'm pretty good with tech stuff, but this one has me asking around.

 

I run the Little League umpires program in town. I have an iPad that I'd like to use to evaluate them. Here is my idea, someone please tell me if it is possible and if so how.

 

PDF forms on the computer oftentimes have boxes you can fill out on the computer and then print out or email to yourself. I'd like to make a custom form like this for my evaluation form. I'd like to be able to fill one out for every evaluation I do, and then have the ability to email it to myself, the umpire, and the league if needed for promotion or whatever. A bonus would be to be able to sign it. All on my iPad.

 

Any ideas? I found an app in the app store, called PDF Forms, for $9. I'd buy it if it did what I needed, but I'm not sure if it does.

If it were me, I would create a google form if you want it all online.  

 

It's not going to do everything for you...but it will do enough.

Google Forms

 

You can get immediate feedback.  You can pre load questions and type in data during the game.  Submit it after the game is over and the umpire has an email in his inbox when he gets home.  You can also create graphs and charts to share at meetings.  And it's all free.

Thanks everyone!! I was able to get what I wanted done with the help of a free PDF convertor to make a fillable PDF form and then the PDF Forms app. It's working great, I'm looking forward to the season.

Question: How are you going to be able to do this with your new assignment?

 

The vast majority of this season occurs in May. I don't leave for the new league until Memorial Day, so I should be good. For the week or two the leagues combine?? Not sure yet.
